During the sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5148) envisages the implementation of the accreditation of representatives, branch offices and other branches of foreign juridical persons accreditation with the registration of a relevant information into the Single State Register of juridical persons and natural persons-entrepreneurs.
The Members of the Committee emphasized that the bills clauses do not contradict with the articles 43-45 of the Treaty on the Formation of European Cooperation.
Also during the sitting, the alternative bill on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (re the introduction to the Single State Register of juridical persons and natural persons-entrepreneurs information on accreditation of foreign juridical persons) (Reg.№5148-1) was recognized as such that comply with the European legislation.
The Bill envisages the implementation of the order, according to which the foreign economic subject are allotted with the right to conduct economic activity and open its separate branches on the territory of Ukraine after the accreditation in the central body of the executive power on economic policy matters.
